Returning shoes: Please do not use the shoe’s box as the shipping packaging. Returned items in damaged shoe boxes may be refused by the post office or our warehouse. To avoid this, place your return item in a box or wrap it to ensure its safety during the shipping process.
Exchanges can only be made once the retuned item(s) have been received. Don’t want to wait for your exchange? Reach out to our returns department we’ll cancel your order, and you can place a new one. As soon as we receive your exchange, we will issue you a credit.
If you have a return and are able to get to our store, you are welcome to drop off your return during regular business hours. Please contact us ahead of time so we can assign an RMA number to your return. This will expedite the refund process.
